Marc was born in the Lehigh Valley's 6th ward section of Allentown during the early 70's in a "Bi-Racial" household. As he says in his act "When I was bad Mom tried TIME-OUTS but Dad liked KNOCKOUTS". Growing up Marc knew he loved making people laugh, even at the risk of getting himself in "Hot Water". A graduate of Dieruff High School in Allentown, PA where he enjoyed quite a few nights of detention.

He's been doing Comedy for several years with 500 + shows under his belt and steadily counting. It was something he always wanted to do but never had the drive to attempt. Then Marc met "Raymond the Amish Comic" at a local gym. Raymond found his sense of humor amusing and went on to say if he had the "Stones" he'd give him some "Guest Spots" to try his craft. By his 3rd show with Raymond he was in front of "700" people with one thought in his head. "WHAT HAS MY BIG MOUTH GOTTEN ME INTO NOW?"

It went over well and he then went on to meet Steve Bix owner of Comedy Blast Inc and off he went. Marc's act has evolved into a polished crowd pleasing event. From making fun of his Bi-Racial heritage, family members and his encounters with people he's found a niche in relating to all types of audiences. Marc W. Juretus is a Comedian on the rise that you should definitely go see.

Marc has opened for National Acts Jim Florentine, Jim Breuer, Raymond the Amish Comic and a host of others. He can also be heard monthly on WZZO's Bearman and Keith Morning Show and Clubs and Colleges up and down the East Coast. He's also available for Private and Corporate shows.

Marc runs a Comedy Show where can be seen monthly at the Blue Monkey Restaurant Catasaqua, PA in the Palm Room every 3rd Friday of the month.
